Owner & Managing Director
Tania Morabito is the founder and sole director of La Reale Domus, established in 2008. Since 2013, she has also been a founding partner of the Italian Network Realty Consortium, where she serves as the exclusive representative for the Lake Como area and the Canton Ticino. In 2015, thanks to the professionalism and expertise of Tania and her entire team, La Reale Domus became a member of the Knight Frank Global Network, assuming the role of exclusive representative for Knight Frank in the Northern Italian Lakes region.
Tania completed her studies at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Milan between 1990 and 1992. From 1993 onward, she designed and produced graphics and photo compositions used in advertising posters for events commissioned by the PACA Region (Provence, Côte d’Azur, and the Maritime Alps). Since 1997, she has worked as a real estate agent in Bordighera at the De Amicis Real Estate Agency, managing the sale and rental of properties in areas spanning from Sanremo to Monaco (registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Imperia, Provincial Register of Business Brokers, No. 1374). In 2002, she became an agent with Gabetti Property Solutions in Como (registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Como, No. 1394), and from 2005 to early 2008, she served as the head of the office dedicated to high-end properties located in Como, Portici Plinio.
